5. Webinar and Course Access

5.1 Registration and Payment

Access to certain webinars and courses may require registration and payment of applicable fees. All fees are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change with notice. Payment must be made through our designated payment methods.

5.2 Enrollment Confirmation

Your enrollment in a webinar or course is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and our acceptance of your registration. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund eligibility vary by program and are specified at the time of registration. Generally, refunds are provided if cancellation occurs within the specified timeframe before the scheduled event. No refunds are provided for missed sessions or failure to complete a course.

5.4 Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to modify schedules, cancel sessions, or substitute instructors when necessary. In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.
